Derek Forman

In September of 1977 Forman founded Allen Technologies Inc (ATI)where in 1980 he pioneered the concept of using Interactive Technology at the patient bedside. This technology (Platform I or P1) soon became the industry standard for educating patients and was known as the technology to Enhance the Patient Journey to Better Health. After the sale of ATI on November 2019 in February 2020 he founded a new startup, Clear/Focus Robotics, whose emphasis is on the emerging market of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Technologies for Acute Healthcare and Assisted Living Facilities.

Dan Nathan

Prior to joining ClearFocus, Dan served as President and General Manager for U.S. based TeleHealth Services, where he was responsible for providing overall direction and guidance with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability for the organization.

Dan brings over 25 years of U.S. healthcare market and leadership experience to ClearFocus having held numerous executive roles in sales management and operations management.

Dan led various business transformations resulting from acquisitions, changing business/market landscapes and shifts in technology, while effectively maintaining a shared understanding amongst employees and the corporate value system.

Bob Caldarella

Bob has spent over 30 years focusing on the strategic partnership development across a range of vertical markets with products such as industrial displays, kiosk and embedded computing solutions, retail POS, indoor, outdoor digital signage, interactive patient communications networks and conference room collaboration systems.

Bob is a proven leader in developing and driving best in class, technology-based solutions that address vertical market needs and client demand.

Bob takes pride in productizing ideas, creating, and delivering strategic eco-partner practices and best-in-class business solutions. today’s technology has to offer.

With his experience in healthcare, education, hospitality and government and his commitment to providing “Out of the Box” solutions which address the ever-changing market, he leads the marketing and business development efforts of ClearFocus Robotic in bringing Autonomous Service Robots to healthcare and beyond.

Jeff Sim

Jeff Sim majored in Electronics and Robotic studies at Glendale College after which he served in the US Navy where he then attended the Navel Nuclear Power School. Upon graduation he served as a Nuclear QA and Steam Plant Cleanliness Inspector and Training Petty Officer on the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72) which is the fifth Nimitz-class nuclear aircraft carrier in the United States Navy.

Jeff is recognized today as an industry expert on Siemens Apogee software and PPCL programming and in 2014 Jeff founded Technical Building Solutions. Today he is considered one of the foremost experts in the San Francisco Bay area in BMS Design, Commissioning and Support.
